Hi, I’m Fi Sweet; social worker, proud mum of four thriving adult children, grandma to four beautiful grandsons, and wife to a wonderful man.
With over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to my work. I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a double major in Psychology, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Social Work.
I’m a registered Circle of Security facilitator and am skilled in the application of attachment based interventions through a neurodivergent lens.
Autism is part of my family’s story. My father self-identified as autistic following my son’s diagnosis of autism and ADHD, and my brother was also autistic and had ADD. I witnessed firsthand how the lack of understanding and support available at the time made life unnecessarily hard. That’s why, when my own son was diagnosed, I was determined his experience would be different.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed – to sense something’s not quite right but not know what to do next. I understand the worry, the confusion, and the deep desire to help your child thrive, even when it feels like you’re navigating it all alone.
You’re not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and practical support to help your child – and your whole family – flourish.
Drawing from deeply personal experience and years of professional expertise working with children and families, I’m now dedicated to helping other families thrive. As a parent whose own son is now living independently and flourishing, I understand both the challenges and the incredible possibilities. I’m here to offer compassionate, informed support to families who are passionate about helping their children reach their fullest potential.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward a brighter, more supported future for your family, I’d love to connect.
