Therapy, assessment and training including support for emotion dysregulation difficulties such as anxiety and anger management.

Emotion Regulation

Intervention and therapy to support the development of emotion regulation. Parent coaching to support your child is available.

Theory of Mind

Intervention and assistance to support theory of mind challenges (understanding others perspectives).

Cognitive Flexibility

Therapy to challenge and change unhelpful thought patterns, encourage adaptive thinking and problem solving allowing for better adjustment to new situations.

Social Skills Training

Social skills development focuses on improving communication, perspective-taking, and understanding of social cues. Also available for parent coaching.

Parent Coaching

Provision of psychoeducation to understand your child’s neurodiversity and individualised parent coaching to support them. Group, couple and individual work available.
